A Few Things to Consider
If you’ve only worked in corporate HR and haven’t led in field-based, operational environments, this isn’t your role.
If you prefer policy over people, or strategy over execution, this role will challenge you.
If you’re looking for a cushy VP title without the grit and grind of building, this won’t be a fit.
What makes someone a great fit
You’ve built HR functions from the ground up and know how to scale
You care deeply about people and culture, but you also know how to drive performance
You’re comfortable in the field, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between
You’ve led through growth, change, and complexity, and you’re ready to do it again
This company offers the right leader an extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of a growing organization with real impact. If you’re hungry, resourceful, and ready to lead—this is your seat.
